- If one light goes out, do they all go out?
The answer is sometimes. If the glitch or error occurs within the RGBW components then it will only affect that light. The light may shut off completely. If a glitch occurs within the data wire of the affected light, it may affect all the lights after it in line. Either way, reach out to us and we will swap out the affected light which will correct any issue. - How long does Royal Peak Lighting Last? It comes with a product lifetime service 3 year part warranty. On average they will last 20-30 years. If you are only using the lights at night.
- Programming my Lighting - Your lighting is designed to work with any iPhone or android device. The app will work with most Mac Computers as well.
- If I move, can I move my lighting system to my new home?
Unfortunately you cannot have your existing Royal Peak Lighting system removed and used again on another home. It is designed to be a permanent fixture on the home. It is specifically ordered to match the style and square footage of your existing home so it would not work to be used on another structure unfortunately. - Where does the box controller go? Typically it is mounted in a garage or carport and plugs into a regular outlet.
- Are they approved by my HOA? You will have to get with your HOA. Many HOA's are approving lighting. You will need to get their permission before installation and get prior approval.
- How much do they cost? Pricing depends on where you live and how much footage you will need. It's a very cost effective system to last you decades.
- How much electricity do they use? Our System does not us much electricity. It is all powered from a small power unit that runs at 350Watts.
- Do the LED Diodes fade in the sun? Royal Peak Lighting will not fade, get cloudy or become discolored over time like most LED's. They are also face down and inside the channel which protects from sun exposure.
- Can I turn them off when I am away from home? Our app allows you to control and shut them off using timers and scheduling. You can also set your system up for any special occasions months in advance. Set it and forget it.
- What Is Our Guarantee? We have a base 3 year warranty on parts and Lifetime on labor.
