- If one light goes out, do they all go out?
The answer is no. We use a passthrough system to if an LED goes out only 1 will be affected. Unless a glitch occurs within the data wire of the affected light, it may affect all the lights after it in line. Either way, reach out to us and we will swap out the affected light which will correct any issue. - How long does Royal Peak Lighting Last? On average they will last 15-20 years. If you use the lights 6 hours every night you should see a lifespan of about 20 years
- Programming my Lighting - Your lighting is designed to work with any iPhone or android device. The app will also work on any computer as well.
- If I move, can I move my lighting system to my new home?
Unfortunately you cannot have your existing Royal Peak Lighting system removed and used again on another home. It is designed to be a permanent fixture on the home. - Where does the box controller go? Our Control Box Is typically mounted in a garage or carport, and plugs into a regular outlet.
- Are they approved by my HOA? You will have to get with your HOA. Many HOA's are approving lighting. You will need to get their permission before installation and get prior approval. If it helps encourage you we have never been denied!
- How much do they cost? Pricing depends on a few factors. This pricing is decided by difficulty of installation, Amount of footage needed, and of course Location and the season
- How much electricity do they use? Our System does not use much electricity. It is all powered from a small power unit that runs at 350Watts.
- Can I turn them off when I am away from home? Yes you can connect to your Alexa to control them away from home or turn them off. A great alternative would be controlling the lighting through the app, using the timers and scheduling. You can also set your system up for any special occasions months in advance. Set it and forget it.
- What Is Our Guarantee? We have a Lifetime Service Warranty on labor and 3 year warranty on parts. repairs on parts are affordable after the 3 year warranty
